Roger has led major organisations across maritime, aviation, FMCG, and logistics in New Zealand and Australia.

His career highlights include senior leadership roles at Air New Zealand, Goodman Fielder, and Lyttelton Port Company, as well as 20 years in the Australian Army. He is widely recognised for his transformational leadership, people-first approach, and expertise in complex operations.
