CILT iPave Truck Briefing and Inspection

Join CILT for a briefing and inspection of NZTA’s iPave4 asset monitoring truck, presented by the NTRO team.

With the Government’s increased focus on maintenance, operations and renewals, access to high-quality asset health data is becoming increasingly important. iPave4 uses laser measurement devices, deflection measurement technology, ground penetrating radar and cameras to collect valuable information on pavement strength, roughness, rutting, cracking and imagery.

The session will include a presentation followed by an inspection of the iPave truck, providing insight into how better data can support more targeted, evidence-based road investment and maintenance decisions.
